A Conversation With My Higher Self: Rethinking Power and Control
The Endless Pursuit and Encountering Evil
Let me tell you something.
I know things that you might not know.
This understanding never gives me peace for one reason.
My thoughts are usually steaming in a way that likes to find answers.
In this constant cycle of chasing and striving I’m into, I reached a breaking point.
Exhausted, I collapsed and decided to go to sleep, not expecting much – just a momentary escape.
But little did I know that this would be when I’d encounter something extraordinary.
In this dream, I was relentlessly pursued by Evil.
Let me try to describe it a bit.
It was an entity with countless heads that represented all the darkness we wrestle with in life.
Every fear, every doubt, every unresolved shadow took shape and came after me.
So, I did something – I ran away storming.
Desperation fueled every step as I sought an escape.
But, it seemed as if fate itself had other plans.
You already know what I’m talking about.
It’s that sinking feeling you have when the ground beneath you feels like it’s betraying you, pulling you down into chaos.
And in the midst of all of that, I didn’t know that things would get more interesting.
Then I Met The Higher Self
Here’s the twist in that dream: it wasn’t just me there.
This future self was stronger, wiser, and more enlightened.
It was like meeting the best version of who I could become, a version of myself that had figured it all out.
This “Magnificent Me” didn’t just save me; he was there to lead me into something much greater.
Here, I was a bit skeptical.
I know it’s hard to trust yourself, how would I even do that to this being I haven’t even met?
Nonetheless, I suddenly stopped running.
I found myself now floating through the galaxy, soaring with this enlightened self at the helm.
Here, I realized that this journey wasn’t about some magical destination.
We cruised over a planet I remember to be a total wasteland and stripped of hope at some point.
But almost instantly, it wasn’t anymore.
Now it’s transformed into a thriving world where my best dreams and others had come true.
Yeah, this feels and looks like a sci-fi novel: floating bodies, endless youth, and a thriving galactical society.
Should I call it utopia? I don’t know.
As Thomas More once asked:
“Is utopia just an unattainable ideal, or is it the reflection of what we could achieve if only we dared?”
This place wasn’t defined by perfection, but by the relentless pursuit of it—a living dream, constantly evolving.
Power and Control. I Saw a Galactical Planet
As I kept exploring this vital planet, I realized something and took a moment to reflect.
This wasn’t some fairy tale land governed by elites or hidden powers.
No, it was a world shaped by the true will of the people, not just those in control.
Think about it: every little to big advancement ever seen was created because people came together.
I noticed that those people were unified by a shared vision of what life could be.
Self-interest has its place when it pushes us to grow, innovate, and change.
But such people were the ultimate counter to the “every man for himself” mindset that drives so many of us today.
It was as if the individual growth of each one was bound to collective progress.
As I flew there, I saw a glimpse into what could be achieved when society is driven by collaboration and purpose.
During all of this, Magnificent Me had his eyes on me closely.
I could tell his eyes weren’t judgmental, but of deep understanding.
It was like looking into the eyes of someone who’s figured out life’s greatest secrets.
And despite all of that, still humble enough to know that those secrets are meant to be shared, not hoarded.
In that moment, I couldn’t help but ask the big questions we all wonder about:
- How did these people get here?
- What did they do differently?
- Who’s really in charge?
- and what’s the driving force behind this paradise?
But just as I expected answers, Magnificent Me laughed and brushed this off.
I was angry.
But then he said
“Some things are better left unsaid.
If you try to share this vision now, people will think you’re crazy.
They’ll lock you up! This isn’t a message for the unready.”
And here’s where it all clicks, where the truth lands like a jolt to the spine:
What if the greatest secrets to building a better world aren’t hidden behind locked doors or in secret books?
Instead they are simply buried in plain sight waiting for us to be ready enough, brave enough, to see them?
A Conversation With Magnificent Me (or higher self)
Higher Self: “Before I leave now, let me remind you of something you already know but keep forgetting.”
Me: “What’s that?”
Higher Self: “Life… it’s a game. The secret? Play it well.”
Me: “A game? That sounds too simple.”
Higher Self: “You think it’s about money? Power? Survival? That’s the mistake everyone makes.”
Me: “So what’s the point if there’s no real winning?”
Higher Self: “You’re still clinging to the idea that life’s a competition.
Who are you competing against; others, fate, yourself?
Winning is an illusion sold to keep you chasing hollow goals.
You win one race, then another begins.
The cycle never ends, and you keep thinking the next victory will satisfy you. It won’t.”
Me: “So, what then? Just keep playing a game with no end?”
Higher Self: “You’re not playing to win; you’re playing to understand.
If you’re wise, you’ll see it’s not about crossing a finish line but mastering the game itself and rewriting the rules as you go.”
Me: “But there has to be a goal, right? Something more?”
Higher Self: “Of course, there’s more.
Money and power are tools, not enemies.
With the right intent, they open doors for you and create legacies.
But here’s the trap: when that’s your ultimate goal, they own you.
They become chains that keep you distracted from the real work of life.
The real work is figuring out who you are, what you’re capable of, and what world you want to help build.”
Me: “So can we ever really win?”
Higher Self: “Winning as you imagine it? That’s a fantasy.
But mastering the game? Breaking distractions and the loops that keep you stuck?
That’s a victory—one within reach, but only if you see beyond superficial rewards.”
Me: “If focusing on winning isn’t the point, what is?”
Higher Self: “The point is to stop merely surviving and start exploring.
If you survive, you are a slave to circumstance.
But if you explore, you become an architect.”
Me: “Architect? Of what? This world’s too broken, too twisted to fix.”
Higher Self: “It is twisted. But is it twisted by design… or by neglect?
You know the truth—it’s the latter.
Deep down, you know it’s people like you who’ve let it decay.
And the world you’re dreaming of changing, you’re not obligated to, change yours”.
Me: “So what’s the alternative? What’s the way out?”
Higher Self: “The rules aren’t set in stone.
They’re created by people bold enough to rewrite them.
You can stay a passenger, or you can seize the reins.
Create. Build. But you should have something most lack—vision, and the courage to act on it.”
Me: “It’s easy to talk about, but how many of us are actually willing to wake up and take that leap?”
Higher Self: “That’s the real question. The truth is, most won’t.
You’ll keep running in circles, trapped by external fear, chained by self-imposed limits.
But a few others … a few might rise.
And when they do, they won’t just live—they’ll reshape reality itself.”
Me: “So, are we ready to break the cycle? Or are we fooling ourselves, clinging to a broken system out of fear?”
Higher Self: “That’s your choice, isn’t it?
Wake up and build… or sleepwalk through the ruins.
But know this—whether you choose or not, time won’t wait for you.
It doesn’t care about your origin, your lifestyle, your government, your family, none!
All that matters in the end is what you’ll leave behind, not for the world, but for your own sake.
